At FaithGateway Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return most items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Select the items you wish to return and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our automated system.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items in their original packaging, attach the return label, and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
